Midland Terrace Condominiums

Midland Terrace Condominiums was developed in 2001 as the first apartment community built in the Summerville Area in almost 15 years.  In January 2006, Midland Terrace began its conversion project to condominiums.  It has been a successful venture to which we are very proud of. 

Since the conversion, a majority of the homes have been renovated.  We have upgraded them with everything from hardwood floors to custom cabinets, granite countertops, travertine marble floors and walk-in showers.  They are absolutely gorgeous and offer a new meaning to the word “luxury”. 

Here, at Midland Terrace, we also pride ourselves on our elaborate landscaping.  We have created a very relaxing and serene atmosphere with a tropical flare. Our resort-style swimming pool is surrounded by hundreds of flowering plants, shrubs, and even 11 different types of palm trees throughout the property.
